This App is intended solely for use by authorized employees and field staff of the company. It is not a public consumer app, and accounts are issued internally by the employer.

2. Information We Collect

• Location data: The App collects your device's GPS location when you check in for a shift, when onboarding a new shop, and periodically in the background while you are checked in. This allows supervisors to confirm attendance and verify field visits. Background location collection stops automatically when you check out.
• Photos: With your permission, the App accesses your photo library so you can attach existing photos when onboarding a merchant/shop.
• Account information: Your employee login credentials and basic profile details used to identify you within the App.
• Device information: Basic technical information (such as device manufacturer/model) used only to improve background location reliability on different Android devices.

3. How We Use This Information

• To verify employee attendance and shift check-in/check-out.
• To track field visits to merchants/shops for operational purposes.
• To let field staff attach shop photos during onboarding.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

4. Data Sharing

Location and attendance data collected through this App is visible only to authorized supervisors within the company for operational and HR purposes. We do not share this data with outside third parties, except where required by law.

5. Data Retention

Attendance and location records are retained for as long as necessary for operational and record-keeping purposes, in line with company policy.

6. Your Choices

Location and photo access permissions can be managed at any time through your device's Settings. Note that disabling location access will prevent the App's core attendance-tracking features from working correctly, since this is a required part of the employee attendance workflow.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by employed adults only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
